My brother, Joseph Beera, the vice president of Mission of Hope in India, had a mild stroke on 25 September 2022 around 9:30 pm.
He had spoken at a youth meeting then collapsed when he returned home. He was taken to the local doctor who tested him, diagnosed a mild stroke, then recommended Joseph be transported to a specialist. Joseph was driven two and a half hours to a larger hospital in Rajahmundry. Tests confirmed that he had had a stroke. He is now in ICU. More tests are underway to decide what more needs to be done.

Update 2 Nov. 2022: Joseph has had a stent inserted and is currently still somewhat weak but recovering ... thank you for your prayers.
